§ Mr. FoleyUnder paragraph 21 of Security Council Resolution 253, (1968) Her Majesty's Government are under an obligation to report suspected breaches of sanctions to the Security Council Committee established in pursuance of that Resolution. Such reports are confidential until the Committee itself reports to the President of the Security Council.
