§ Mr. Whitakerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has made 409W to the South African Government about its Bill to incorporate South-West Africa into the Republic.
§ Mr. FoleyHer Majesty's Government have from time to time reminded the South African Government of the international character of the territory and of the need to preserve that character. The South West Africa Affairs Amendment Bill is at present being studied.
