asked the Minister of Transport if he will impose limitations on the use of roads by learner drivers and by towed caravans during bank holiday periods.

As regards learner drivers I have nothing to add to my Answer to the hon. Member for Brighton, Pavilion (Sir W. Teeling) on 28th April. I have no evidence to suggest that towed caravans constitute a particular danger during bank holiday periods and see no justification for limiting their use at such times.
