§ 45. Mr. Shepherd
asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware of the complexity of the legislation governing reliefs, immunities and conditions in respect of pensions; and whether he will order a comprehensive review in order to simplify the statutes and improve them.
§ Mr. Boyd-Carpenter
