§ Mr. MarplesThe underpass was opened less than one month ago and it is too early to make any final assessment, especially as its full value will be realised only when other related improvements have been made. The L.C.C., the police and myself are keeping the situation under review. There is at this stage no reason to doubt that it is working well.
