asked the Lord Privy Seal what restrictions are now placed on the use of arms provided from British sources to the Government of Portugal to ensure that they are not used in Angola or Mozambique.

There has been no change in the policy of Her Majesty's Government on the export of arms to Portugtal and the Portuguese overseas territories since the statement by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister in reply to Questions on 27th June, 1961.
