Mr. Airey Neave

asked the Prime Minister what changes are proposed, consequent on the appointment of a Parliamentary Secretary for Science, in the arrangements for answering Questions in the House of Commons about matters within the responsibility of the Minister for Science.

The Prime Minister:

My hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Science will henceforward answer in this House all Questions falling within the responsibility of my noble Friend the Minister for Science. Arrangements will be made to allocate a place to the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Science in the Order of Questions
