§ Mr. MarplesThe report has now been received. The Kirkburton Urban District Council is the highway authority for this unclassified road and it has recently put in hand some works for the drainage of the road. I have no powers to make grants towards the maintenance of unclassified roads and I regret therefore that I am unable to help.
