§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe Trustees are: Sir Alexander Maxwell, G.C.B., K.B.E. (Chairman), the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Gower, and my right hon. and learned Friend the Member for Chertsey. The Trustees are appointed by the Secretary of State; and the last-named was appointed by me.
