§ 86. Mr. Masonasked the Minister of Labour to what extent the Government effort to attract back to the United Kingdom the many research scientists who have gone to Canada and the United States of America has been successful.
§ Mr. Iain MacleodThe Civil Service Commission has reported that recruitment of British scientists in the United States and Canada for research fellowships in this country has had encouraging results. The Atomic Energy Authority has been associated with this effort. This is satisfactory and I hope that others who have employment to offer will follow this initiative.
