asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies when the conclusions of the recent Conference on Central African Federation will be presented to Parliament.

There will be two White Papers: the Report of the Conference and the final version of the Federal Scheme. Copies should be available in the Vote Office on Thursday, 5th February, at 3 p.m.
