Smithersasked the Minister of Food if he is aware that Merchant Navy personnel on leave in this country, who have been issued with a temporary ration card, R.B.12, which covers food requirements, including fresh milk, are refused milk by dairy suppliers and told that they are not entitled to any milk at all; and if he will take steps to remedy this.
