§ Mr. StracheyIn order to help the rice-eating countries of the world His Majesty's Government has voluntarily limited importation to the quantities necessary only to supply ships with Asiatic crews. So soon as supplies for European countries again become available His Majesty's Government will ensure that this country receives an appropriate share.
