§ Mr. BellengerOverseas commands have to estimate the dates of release of the later age and service groups in order to decide which groups shall be excluded from monthly L.I.A.P. drafts. It may well be that the Commander-in-Chief, M.E.L.F., has excluded a number of groups above 53 from L.I.A.P. in the expectation that they will be released by the autumn. I regret, however, that I am not yet in a position to announce a detailed release programme beyond Group 53, although I hope to do so shortly.
