§ 96 Mr. Gunterasked the Secretary of State for War the amount paid by Pioneers Film, Limited, for surplus E.N.S.A. cinematograph stock between September and December, 1946; if the tender sub- 160W mitted by this firm was the highest received; and the figure of the tenders submitted by G. de R. Studios, Limited, and British Films, Limited.
§ Mr. BellengerThe disposal of surplus E.N.S.A. cinema equipment is handled by N.A.A.F.I. not by my Department. I am, however, informed by N.A.A.F.I. that the successful tender for this equipment was at the time of its acceptance the highest received. The disposals organisation set up by N.A.A.F.I. was described in a reply which I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Doncaster (Mr. Walkden) on 14th May, 1946, of which I am sending my hon. Friend a copy.
