asked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether he will remove the fuel economy restriction from the printing of dividend warrants.

Mr. Shinwell

Departments have been authorised to give permission for urgent printing to be carried out in connection with essential industries and services for which they are responsible. I understand that the Board of Trade is giving consent to the printing of dividend warrants.
