There has been no such improvement in recent months in the food situation as would justify reconsideration of the decision conveyed in the answer I gave on 4th February last to the Questions addressed to me by the hon. and gallant Members for Ayr Burghs (Sir T. Moore) and the New Forest (Colonel Crosthwaite-Eyre), I would also refer my hon. Friend to the statement circulated in the OFFICIAL REPORT on 7th March last, pursuant to that answer.
