asked the Prime Minister if he will consider amending the present regulations governing the award of war decorations and medals so as to enable all members of the Armed Forces who served at home as well as overseas to qualify for the 1939–45 Star and members of the M. T. C. and W. L. A. to qualify for the Defence Medal.
