§ Mr. Bellenger:Service and civilian scales as such are not stricly comparable for the reasons I gave in my answer to my hon. Friend the Member for Acock's Green (Mr. Usborne) on 13th March. The possibility of further reducing the Service ration scales, especially in the light of the world food situation, is, however, now being reviewed.
