§ Mr. H. MorrisonI have received communications from a considerable number of local authorities on this subject. I dealt fully with the matter in a reply which I gave to a Question by my hon. Friend, the Member for North-East Derbyshire (Mr. H. White) on 15th April, and I have arranged for these local authorities to receive a copy of that reply. I am also sending a copy to my hon. Friend.
