§ Sir A. SinclairThe progress of the Air Training Corps continues to give cause for satisfaction. The number of units formed is now 1,340, with a total strength of about 190,000 cadets. Over 5,000 candidates for commissions have been accepted for service with the Corps and some 740 units have been affiliated to R.A.F. stations. The answer to the second part of the Question is "Yes."
