AndersonI assume that this question relates to persons arrested under regulation 18B, since, as regards all the other regulations, any offender against such regulations must be charged with a specific offence and brought before a court without delay. As regards persons detained under regulation 18B, I would refer the hon. Member to the information given in a reply to-day to a question by the hon. Member for Westhoughton (Mr. Rhys Davies).
