Sir E. GriģģThe question is complicated by the fact that the black-out does not begin and end at a uniform time throughout the country, but varies with the times of sunset and sunrise. I am, however, informed by the B.B.C. that they are making arrangements to broadcast daily the times at which the black-out begins and ends in a number of areas spread over the country.
