HC Deb 02 November 1939 vol 352 cc2117-8W
Mr. Doland

asked the Home Secretary whether he will, in the near future, initiate legislation to enable the tenant who purchases an Anderson air-raid shelter to retain possession should he leave the premises on which it is erected so that the shelter shall not revert to the landlord of the premises?

Sir J. Anderson

As at present advised I do not consider that legislation on this matter is called for.
