Mr. CHAMBERLAINDuring the year ended 31st December, 1928, 735 prosecutions were instituted by my Department1286W in England and 43 by the Welsh Board of Health in Wales against employers for failing to pay contributions under the National Health Insurance Acts in respect of their employés.
