asked the Minister of Health the number of prosecutions instituted by his Department, for the 12 months ended to the last convenient date, against employers failing to stamp their health insurance cards of their employés?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

During the year ended 31st December, 1928, 735 prosecutions were instituted by my Department in England and 43 by the Welsh Board of Health in Wales against employers for failing to pay contributions under the National Health Insurance Acts in respect of their employés.
