§ Sir V. HENDERSONThe reports received show that there has been no infringement of the Act, and there appears to be no ground for any action on the part of my right hon. Friend. The factory is a modern building, well ventilated and lighted, and the inspector reports favourably on the welfare and safety arrangements.
