HC Deb 24 February 1927 vol 202 c1938W
Mr. NAYLOR

asked the Minister of Transport whether the Traffic Advisory Committee are now in a position to report on the steps they propose taking to secure a reduction in the number of accidents in the streets of London?

Colonel ASHLEY

I am expecting to receive within the course of next week a Report from the London Traffic Advisory Committee on street accidents in London. I may add that I have also convened a conference for the 21st March, of representatives of all local authorities and other bodies concerned, in the metropolitan area, to consider the best means of checking the number of street accidents in London.
