§ Colonel ASHLEYThe whole question of railway charges was dealt with by the Railway Act, 1921, and jurisdiction over1938W those charges was conferred upon the Railway Rates Tribunal established by that Act. I am not clear in what respect the hon. and gallant Member thinks that new legislation is desirable.
