§ Colonel ASHLEYProposals for the extension of the "Roundabout" system of traffic working, at places in the London area other than those where it is now in force, are under examination, and I hope that from time to time it will be found possible to introduce this system at other points. The number of places, however, where this system can be operated with advantage is limited and each congested traffic point presents a separate problem for solution.
