HC Deb 06 December 1927 vol 211 cc1197-8W
Mr. ROBINSON

asked the Minister of Pensions whether applications for need pension should be made direct to the Awards Branch, Ministry of Pensions, Acton, London, W.3, or to the local War pension office; and when it is proposed to issue the new edition of Procedure for Application or Complaint and Official List, seeing that a large number of the offices and sub-offices, with all the regional offices, in the list of May, 1923, are closed?

Lieut.-Colonel STANLEY

Applications for need pensions should be made as heretofore to the Chief Area Office at the appropriate local office of the Ministry, the address of which can be obtained from the post office nearest the applicant's residence. Full information on any question of procedure can also be obtained from the Chief Area Officer. An official address list will be issued as soon as practicable.
