Lieut.-Colonel STANLEYApplications for need pensions should be made as heretofore to the Chief Area Office at the appropriate local office of the Ministry, the address of which can be obtained from the post office nearest the applicant's residence. Full information on any question of procedure can also be obtained from the Chief Area Officer. An official address list will be issued as soon as practicable.
