Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe advances to the British Cellulose Company during the War which were for the purpose of obtaining necessary war material were made from the Vote of Credit. The approval of the House to the proposed investment in Home-grown Sugar, Limited, will be sought on the Estimate for the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries for 1920–21.
