Merton and Company, Limited, are still employed by the Admiralty as metal brokers, having regard to the facts alleged by the Solicitor-General on the 17th instant in the case of the steamship "Bilbister" in the Admiralty Prize Court; and, if so, whether such employment will cease and when?
