HC Deb 21 April 1914 vol 61 cc772-3W
Mr. BARNES

asked the Postmaster-General if he is aware that the firm of Duncan, Campbell, and Son, printers, of St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, are printers for the Glasgow Post Office; if his attention has been called to this firm in question not conforming to the Fair-Wages Clause; and if he will have inquiry made especially into the cases of labourers' wages?

Mr. MONTAGU

The firm of Duncan, Campbell, and Son holds the contract for printing for the Glasgow Post Office. Inquiry has been made, and it has been ascertained that the firm conforms in all respects to the terms of the Fair-Wages Clause.
