§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Commissioners of National Education inform me that during the six years ended 31st March, 1913 Grants to the amount of £3,933 12s. 10d. were sanctioned towards the erection of monastery-vested national schoolhouses, and that the total of the Grants sanctioned during the same period for the building of monastery and other vested national schoolhouses was £302,515 3s. 4d. There is only one monastery national school vested in the Commissioners.
