HC Deb 24 October 1912 vol 42 cc2396-7W
Mr. FREDERICK WHYTE

asked the President of the Board of Trade where the sittings of the Advisory Trade Committee for Labour Exchanges are held; how often they are held; and whether the expenses of those travelling from a distance to attend such meetings are refunded?

Mr. BUXTON

The meetings of Advisory Trade Committees are, as a rule, held at a Labour Exchange in some important centre within the area of the Committee. The meetings are usually held at quarterly intervals. The answer to the last part of the question is in the affirmative.
