§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Congested Districts Board have not yet got possession of any of the lands of Streamstown held by Mr. P. Toole. The delay in obtaining possession has arisen owing to the difficulties experienced by the vendor in making title. The Board cannot take possession until good title to the lands has been made.
