Mr. TOUCHE

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he can state if the officers, inspectors, and servants to be appointed under Clause 89 of the National Insurance Bill will be pensionable?

Some of these officers will be pensionable, others probably not, but I cannot at present give details.
