Mr. McKINNON WOODThe Stationery Office have no longer command over the type of the OFFICIAL REPOKT of Debates for the early part of this Session, and the expense involved in reprinting would not, in my opinion, be justified by the circumstances of the case, especially in view of the fact that the volumes of Debates are fully indexed.
