HC Deb 28 April 1910 vol 17 c754W
Mr. LUNDON

asked the Chief Secretary if the Estates Commissions have received an application for reinstatement as an evicted tenant on the Lloyd estate at Towerhill, Cappamore, from Mrs. Honoria Barry; was Mrs. Barry offered land in lieu of her former holding on the Scully estate at Donaskeigh, county Tipperary, about twelve months ago; and, if so, on what grounds has Mrs. Barry's name been struck off the official list, having regard to the fact that her claim was originally adhered to?

Mr. BIRRELL

Mrs. Barry refused to accept an allotment on the Scully estate which the Estates Commissioners offered to her, and the Commissioners have decided to take no further action in her case.
