HC Deb 05 November 1909 vol 12 c2257W
Sir ARTHUR BIGNOLD

asked the Lord Advocate whether he is aware' that, upon Saturday, 22nd October, at 9 o'clock p.m., trawlers working in the Moray Firth were so numerous as to impede the target practice of ships of the Home Fleet steaming five miles off Tarbetness; and whether any contravention of The Trawling Act, 1909, has been reported in connection therewith?

Mr. URE

The information at present in my possession does not confirm the statement in the hon. Member's question, but further inquiries are proceeding.
