HC Deb 05 November 1909 vol 12 c2257W
Mr. CATHCART WASON

asked the Lord Advocate if he has received a petition from the county council of Zetland, praying that a grant be made by the Scottish Fishery Board towards providing adequate wharfage and dock accommodation at the port of Lerwick, taking into account the fact that the increased accommodation is required rests on the ground of national and not local consideration; and if he will take the same into his favourable consideration?

Mr. URE

The petition in question has reached the Secretary for Scotland, and will be duly considered.
