§ Mr. LLOYD-GEORGEIt is anticipated that of the total estimated yield of £2,600,000 about 90 per cent. will be contributed by England and Wales, about 6 per cent. by Scotland, and about 4 per cent. by Ireland; but sufficient data are not available for framing a precise estimate.
