§ Mr. BUCHANANThe Report shows that in 1907–8 the percentage of voters who went to the polls ranged from 69.6 to 38.4 in the municipalities in which the elections were held in the year. These figures do not compare very unfavourably with similar figures for municipal elections in this country.
