asked the President of the Board of Education whether the fulfilment of the undertaking given by a student entering a training college, as expressed in Article 10 (6) of the Regulations for the Training of Teachers, may be held to satisfy the declaration required from a candidate for a bursarship under Article 31 (ft) of the Regulations for the Preliminary Education of Elementary School Teachers?

In view of the present wording of Article 31 (6), the answer to the question is in the negative; but the Board will consider the suggestion contained in the question in connection with the next version of the Regulations for the Preliminary Education of Elementary School Teachers.
