§ Mr. HOBHOUSEThe volume of Historical Manuscripts referred to (Cd. 4382) is in type, but awaits the return for press of the Index. I undertand that this will take about three weeks to complete, so that copies of the volume can hardly be available in any case in less than five weeks.
