Lord Henley

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 84.

The amendment allows the agency to request information so that any reductions or exemptions from fees may be assessed. Exemptions or reductions will be available to those who cannot reasonably be expected to meet the full fee. In making such an assessment the agency will require certain information on the individual's's income and circumstances. I commend the amendment to the House.

Moved, that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 84—(Lord Henley.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
