§ Lord LyellMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their amendment. I hope that it will be for the convenience of the House if I speak also to Amendment No. 233. The first amendment on the Marshalled List to Clause 16 is designed to reinstate a minor deletion which was made in your Lordships' House by Clause 16 to Section 16(1) of the Companies Act 1967. The second amendment, Amendment No. 233, in Schedule 4 to the Bill is merely a consequential amendment. I beg to move.
