4 Clause 21, page 28, line 35, leave out from ("Expressions' ) to ("shall") in line 36 and insert ("which, when used in Schedule 8 to the 1948 Act, fall to be construed in accordance with any provision of Part VI of that Schedule").

My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their amendment. This is a minor, clarifying amendment. It deals with the interpretation clause—paragraph 90 of Schedule 1. It refers to references to Clause 21. I beg to move.
