§ Lord LyellMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their amendment. This is a minor, clarifying amendment. It seeks to clarify various issues that are concerned with Section 157 of the 1948 Act, as amended by Clause 13 of the Bill before us today. I see that the noble Lord, Lord Bruce, is indicating assent. The one section and the clause refer to the directors' report. I beg to move.
