The Earl of Avon

My Lords, I beg to move that the House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 53 and 54. These are technical amendments. They are designed to ensure that the controls on the introduction of non-native species under Clause 14 apply not only to the mature or adult animals, but also to the immature status of the animals, including their eggs, larvae and pupae. My Lords, I beg to move.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said amendments.—(The Earl of Avon.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
